What happened on the 2nd of October to 13 Australian women who were ordered to endure an internal examination at Qatar airport without consent is not ok. This is not an isolated case specific to this country, but this has seemed to finally bring to light the sometimes very specific issues women can face whilst travelling. It is not a crime to be a woman. Ordering someone to have to endure an internal examination of their genitals without consent or reason is enforced rape. My thoughts and disgust and outrage stand with the women who had to go through this.
